Summary : As BTP Integration Suite, you will lead enterprise-wide integration initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will play a strategic role in shaping the integration roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and drive the integration strategy using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Align integration architecture with enterprise IT and business strategies.
  • Lead governance and best practices for integration development and deployment.

II. Solution Architecture & Delivery:

  • Architect end-to-end integration solutions across cloud and on-premise landscapes.
  • Oversee design and implementation of complex iFlows, APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of integration platforms.

III. Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of integration consultants and developers.
  • Collaborate with business units, SAP functional teams, and external partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance.

IV. Innovation & Optimization:

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integration tools (e.g., Event Mesh, Integration Advisor).
  • Drive automation, reusability, and performance optimization.
  • Promote DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration delivery.

V. Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure integration solutions comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.
  • Mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and incident management.

Required Skills & Experience

I. 10 years of experience in SAP integration technologies, with 3 years in a leadership role.

II. Deep expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, API Management, and Event Mesh.

III. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and microservices.

IV. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, and third-party integration tools.

V. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
