About the Role:

Looking for leaders to facilitate early stage startup on pure equity based opportunity, with experience in working with startup ecosystems; motivation to work and develop startups is a must; specific domain competencies like operations, technology development, marketing is strong and added advantage.

Role Description:

Fractional CTO:

• Technology Roadmap Development including deployment of AI
• Tech Team development: help in Technology Team Building / vendor mgt
• MVP/Platform Scalability – deliver MVP upgrades or scalable architecture
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection
• Integration & Automation
• Innovation & IP
• Tech KPI Tracking, release velocity & Cycle

Fractional CMO:

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy – Create design / launch strategy
• Customer Acquisition Engine
• Brand Positioning & Messaging – establish clear USP and branding guidelines
• Performance Marketing
• Partnerships & PR
• Customer Journey Mapping
• Marketing Analytics – dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, churn, conversion ratios.

Fractional COO:

• Operational Alignment – define/develop critical business process with RACI
• Process Optimization
• Hiring & Team Structuring
• Vendor & Partner Management
• Customer Support Excellence
• KPI & Dashboard Implementation
• Risk & Compliance Framework

Must have Experience

• 10+ years in respective domains with recent leadership owning end‑to‑end functions and revenue impact.
• Demonstrated success building in startups/ MSMEs and partner‑led motions that convert to successful pilots and scaled programs.
• Translating complex concepts into simple, credible value propositions for multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Networking fluency in identifying and connecting with right stakeholders.

Engagement details:

• Fractional: 18-20 hours/week for an initial 12-15 months engagement, with option to extend.

• Hybrid/remote with periodic on‑site at key pilots and events.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
