Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying and recruiting suitable candidates, managing procurement processes, and negotiating contracts to meet organizational requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing sourcing strategies, building supplier relationships, and maintaining recruitment pipelines effectively. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and adherence to organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Supplier Relationship Management
  • Experience in Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Expertise in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Familiarity with staffing and sourcing models is a plus
