We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 22 years of experience in Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, and Azure VDS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with desktop virtualization technologies and understand client computing and end-user services environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and manage Citrix VDI environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, and Azure VDS.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix VDI infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix VDI with other systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Citrix VDI solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for Citrix VDI infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with Citrix VDI, AWS Workspaces, and Azure VDS.
  • Experience with Windows image build process and automation.
  • Knowledge of active directory and domain-joined infrastructure.
  • Experience with CI/CD or automation is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
