We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:   

  • Monitor and analyse VDI capacity and demand trends to support proactive scaling and resource optimisation  
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with country IT heads, infrastructure and application teams to align capacity planning with business needs  
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance system stability and user experience
  • Support forecasting activities and contribute to project or strategic planning initiatives
  • Oversee the full VDI life cycle management, from provisioning and optimisation to decommissioning  
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms 
  • Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency 
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to VDI usage and capacity 

Qualifications - External

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:    

  • Proficiency in data analysis and intelligences tools such as Power BI, MS SQL, Excel, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of VDI technologies and underlying infrastructure components, includes Azure, Citrix, VMWare, PURE storage, TCP/IP Network
  • Experience with capacity planning, performance monitoring, and reporting methodologies 
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, RStudio, VBScript) is advantageous
  • Good experience on Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and managing IT backlogs.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and innovation
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, cross-functional and cultures environment. Experience working in large-scale multinational companies' Operations team is a plus.
