Role Description

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT hardware and solutions to meet the organization's project and client requirements. The role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining quality standards. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, maintaining procurement documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in IT Procurement, Hardware Integration, and Managed IT Services
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Vendor Management, and Cost Optimization
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement Documentation
  • Excellent understanding of Network Architecture, IT Infrastructure Design, and Data Center Solutions
  • Familiarity with Security and Surveillance, Cloud Integration, and Hybrid Solutions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in procurement specific to IT infrastructure is an advantage
  • Proficiency with procurement software and tools is preferred
