Role & responsibilities

  1. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
  2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  4. Basic knowledge of food and beverages services.
  5. Ability to learn the menu and suggest Item.
  6. Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
  7. Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
  8. Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
  9. Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
  10. Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
  11. Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be from Hotel or Hospitality Background.

Minimum 6 months to 1 Year Diploma Courses in hotel or Hospitality department.

Perks and benefits

Salary: 15K to 18k
