AI Trainer

Position: AI Trainer / AI Tools Specialist

Department: Learning & Development / Digital Transformation

Location: Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid)

Experience: 1–3 years in AI training, automation, or product training

Reporting To: Business Head/Manager/Operation

1. Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic AI Trainer who can train employees, managers, franchise partners, and cross-functional teams on Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, AI workflows, productivity automation tools, and new-age AI applications relevant across all job roles.

The trainer must be skilled in simplifying complex AI concepts and converting them into hands-on training modules, SOPs, and use-case driven workshops.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. AI Training & Curriculum Development

Design structured training programmes on:

Generative AI (text, image, video, audio)

Agentic AI & workflow automation

AI for sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR & healthcare

AI safety, ethics & best business practices

Create beginner-to-advanced modules with assignments and real-world tasks.

Conduct live workshops, webinars, and 1:1 coaching for teams.

Convert business requirements into AI practical use cases for employees.

B. Tools & Software Training

Deliver expert training on AI tools like:

o ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA

o Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway

o Zapier, Make, Power Automate

o Notion AI, Excel AI, Google Workspace AI

o Agentic AI tools: Devin, AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangChain

Prepare SOPs, templates, prompt libraries & cheat sheets.

C. Business Workflow Automation

Identify departments where AI can improve:

o Sales lead generation

o Marketing automation

o HR hiring & onboarding

o Operations & logistics

o Customer service

o Healthcare diagnostics & reporting (optional)

Build simple AI workflows and train teams on how to use them.

D. Evaluation & Reporting

Conduct skill assessments for trainees.

Track adoption & usage of AI tools across departments.

Share weekly training reports & progress analysis.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

· Must have practical knowledge of Generative AI platforms (text, image, video).

· Understanding of agent frameworks, automation builders, and AI app builders.

· Ability to design prompts, workflows, automations.

· Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, APIs (basic).

· Experience in building AI-driven productivity systems.

Soft Skills

· Strong communication & teaching ability.

· Ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical users.

· Patience, structured training style & curriculum mindset.

· Ability to run engaging sessions offline + online.

Qualifications

· Graduate/MBA/Engineering/BCA/MCA (preferred but not mandatory).

· Certifications in AI/ML/Prompt Engineering (added advantage).
