Our AI vertical Colab Intelligence is shaping India's AI learning and innovation ecosystem through real-world training, AI accelerator programs, and industry-integrated skill development initiatives.

We are launching our 1st AI Training Batch, and we're looking for passionate AI Trainers who can empower the next generation of innovators and builders.

Position Overview:

As an AI Trainer, you will lead immersive, hands-on sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. You'll mentor students, professionals, and startup founders to build practical AI solutions, while staying at the forefront of emerging tools like Agentic AI, multimodal models, and automation frameworks.

Your goal: help learners not just use AI — but build it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Teach and demonstrate real-world applications across leading AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, LangChain, AutoGen, and others).
• Guide students in building end-to-end AI projects: from data preprocessing to model deployment and prompt engineering.
• Introduce learners to Agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, and workflow automation frameworks.
• Simplify complex AI concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand lessons for diverse learners.
• Continuously update course content with the latest advancements in AI research and applied tools.
• Mentor participants through career guidance, hackathons, and project showcases.
• Collaborate with Colab Intelligence team on content innovation, certifications, and research integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional teaching/training experience in AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.) and Agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, neural networks, and model fine-tuning.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience with AI curriculum design or ed-tech training.
• Involvement in AI projects, startups, or open-source contributions.
• Certifications from platforms like Coursera, AWS, Google AI, or OpenAI Developer programs.
