MES Data Validation and Reconciliation Track Lead

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7.5 to 10 years of experience to lead our MES Data Validation and Reconciliation Track team in Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, consulting, upgradation, migration, and support of Visual MESA and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tools such as Belsim Vali and KBC.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Reconciliation, including domain skills in Oil and Gas Downstream.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to MES data validation and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Visual MESA and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Experience in Reconciliation, including domain skills in Oil and Gas Downstream.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Engineering Degree, preferably Petroleum, Chemical, MBA / PGDM (preferred).
- Notice Period: 0-30 days.
- Domain skills knowledge in Oil and Gas Downstream is mandatory.
