Job Description Summary Position Summary Enterprise Performance Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions. Position Summary Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: Work alongside innovative leaders and stay ahead in business. Training will prepare you to address clients complex business challenges. Collaborate with diverse, global clients across industries. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential, as is effectively sharing insights with clients and teams. Manage and lead teams both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in MES Project Management, MES Requirements Analysis, or MES Solution Architecture within discrete and process manufacturing is highly desirable. The team: The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 3 - 6 years experience, preferably in large company settings - Extensive expertise in MES product configuration and customization - Comprehensive knowledge of ISA-95/S88 standards in MES design - Familiarity with GxP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory standards - Experienced with MES integration to Level 4 systems (ERP) and Level 2 automation systems (SCADA) - Strong skills in Java and C# .NET, Oracle, and SQL databases - Proficient in RESTful API and webservices development - Willingness to travel 40-60% for project requirements - Able to work independently and efficiently, consistently meeting deadlines - Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in fast-paced environments - Skilled in Quality Management, Dispatch, Scheduling, WIP and Resource Tracking, Maintenance Management - Knowledgeable of Industry 4.0, digital supply networks, automation tools, and technology trends - Strong oral and written communication abilities; skilled in presentations and documentation using Excel, Visio, PowerPoint - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, exercising mature judgment Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Conducting workshops for requirements, data model, and configuration validation - Identifying business needs, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and supporting implementations - Developing MES solutions and managing project delivery - Supporting sales and project teams throughout deployment - Leading customer design sessions and documenting solutions - Providing market-driven product requirements internally - Helping clients transform business models with digital technologies - Collaborating with stakeholders for AS-IS study and TO-BE design - Advantage: Experience on Integration with control systems, ERP, PLM, APS, LIMS - Strong understanding of Level 3/4 systems and BOM/MBOM/BOP - Solid SQL database knowledge and best practice alignment - Providing technical workarounds for solution gaps Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Shift Timings: - 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
