Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Content & Creative Media Specialist to lead the development of visual and written communications across all digital platforms for RoboPleX.

This role is a vital hybrid position, requiring exceptional graphic design skills paired with strong content writing and social media management abilities. The specialist will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts, crafting engaging written copy, and managing the company's presence on social channels. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

I. Backend Creative Creation & Visual Asset Acquisition

• Design Execution: Design and produce all necessary backend creative assets for internal and external communications, including web banners, email templates, presentation decks, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
• Backend Creative Creation: Translate complex technical and educational concepts (Robotics, AI, STEM) into clear, visually engaging graphics that simplify information for target audiences.
• Visual Asset Sourcing: Strategically acquire, select, and prepare high-quality visual elements, such as stock photography, icons, illustrations, and video clips, ensuring all assets are legally compliant and adhere to RoboPleX's brand guidelines.
• Refinement of Content Supplies: Work with subject matter experts (including the Senior Technical Trainers ) to refine technical content into accessible and visually appealing modules.

II. Social Media Handling & Content Designing

• Social Media Strategy: Plan, design, and manage the content publishing schedule for all company social media accounts, ensuring timely and consistent brand presence.
• Digital Content Design: Create platform-specific, high-impact visual content for social media (e.g., carousels, stories, posts, advertisements) to maximize audience engagement and brand growth.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels and provide necessary creative support to online campaigns and initiatives.

III. Content Writing & Copywriting

• Content Writing: Generate clear, persuasive, and grammatically impeccable written content (copy) for social media captions, website blurbs, promotional materials, and marketing advertisements.
• Editing & Proofreading: Rigorously review and edit all content for clarity, accuracy, and brand voice, ensuring a high level of professional quality.
• Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of RoboPleX's Robotics, STEM, and AI education programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrable experience and a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both visual design and professional content writing.
• Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platform requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and typography.

Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
