Job Role:
We are looking for a Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and maintain service quality. The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, and able to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision:
Monitor and guide caregivers, housekeeping, and support staff to ensure quality service delivery.
- Operations Management:
Oversee daily routines, cleanliness, and discipline within the facility.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain attendance, performance, and activity records and report to management.
- Problem-Solving:
Address operational challenges promptly and ensure quick resolutions.
- Communication:
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Management, Administration, or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supervision, operations, or team management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry supervision.
- Good decision-making and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
