Position Overview:
A Quantity Surveyor (Civil) is responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial matters in civil construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, tender preparation, contract administration, and ensuring cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and clients to deliver projects within budget and in compliance with contractual agreements.
Location: All Over India(Depending on Site Requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Develop project budgets and track expenses against allocated funds.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and advise on value engineering.
Tender Preparation and Evaluation:
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), schedules of rates, and tender documents.
- Analyze and evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure favorable conditions for the project.
Contract Administration:
- Manage contracts, including variations, extensions, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and review payment applications, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms and compliance with industry standards.
Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress and compare actual costs with budgets.
- Prepare periodic cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries.
- Highlight potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and legal requirements.
- Support project audits by providing necessary financial data.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align costs with design and execution plans.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address cost-related concerns.

Pay: ₹17, ₹40,000.00 per month
