**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Studying the drawings.
- Working out BOQs in detail.
- Prepare the report of material procured Vs material consumption for the project.
- Making the reconciliation of materials used on sites.
- Complete the cost estimates with revised rates for any project.
- Executing the contract document and issuing the work order (if required).
- Assist the Project Manager in planning the work schedule.
- Checking of contractors bills.
- Check the measurements & with records of Basic materials and BOQ.
- Check Lab Reports for Quality of materials as per approved specifications and Admission materials in the site.
- Preparation and certification of RA Bills.
- Identification and preparation of extra-items.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
- Verification of certified RA Bills.

**Education**: B.E/ (Civil)/ Diploma(Civil)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
