**Full Job Description**

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3 +Years as Quantity Surveyor in Infra Projects.

**Job Description**:

- Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects. Preparing detailed quantity including Structural and Civil works, from contract drawings and specifications.
- Preparing quantities for cost plans at order-of-magnitude, conceptual, feasibility and pre-development stages, including value engineering and major variations.
- Preparation of BOQ based on the preliminary drawings. Follow-up with the design department regarding the good for construction drawings. Preparation of final BOQ based on the detailed drawings.
- Quantity checking and preparation all type of Bills.
- Co-ordinate with the planning department regarding as at site measurements. Cross-check the drawings with the existing site dimensions.
- Budget preparation. Client bills, Variations, Extra Items. Study & Implementation of Contract conditions. Sub-contractors Work orders, bills & payment certification. Quantity & Material reconciliations. Rate Analysis/ DATAs. Performing detailed review of contract specifications and drawings to identify errors, discrepancies.
- Assisting in value engineering assignments. Preparing a quantity variance report at various stages of cost planning, including bid analysis and cost reduction strategies.
- Inform the design department for any changes in the drawings based on site measurements. Preparations of job indent and forward the same to manager. Make site visits as per the progress of work at site and co-ordinate with the finance department to raise bill as per stages.
- Preparation and checking of Pre-final and final bill. Co-ordinate with the purchase department regarding all indents, POs and delivery. Documentation and maintaining archives. Coordination with all Inter departments. Any other duties required by the Functional head which is reasonably within the scope of this role. Over all, This position requires strong communication skills, strong managerial and administrative abilities,
- deliverables, quality and timelines and overall responsible for making strong contributions to the strategy and growth of the organization.
