We're Hiring: Operations Leader – Multispecialty / E&M Coding / RCM (U.S. Healthcare)

Location: Tambaram

Experience: 10+ Years in Medical Coding Operations & RCM

Reputed Healthcare company is seeking a highly experienced Operations Leader to manage and optimize our medical coding and revenue cycle management (RCM) operations. This is a leadership role for a proven professional with strong expertise in coding operations, process improvement, and client management within the U.S. healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage coding operations across multiple specialties with a focus on E/M Coding & RCM.

Ensure compliance with coding guidelines (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, HIPAA).

Oversee end-to-end RCM projects including financial oversight, project execution, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.

Drive process improvement strategies, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and maintaining coding accuracy of 98%+.

Supervise and mentor coding teams, fostering staff retention, employee engagement, and continuous development.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high client satisfaction.

Conduct audits, E/M reviews, and compliance checks to maintain quality standards.

Train new associates and existing staff on coding updates, best practices, and industry regulations.

Implement workforce management strategies, balance team workload, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Expertise

Leadership & Team Management – Proven track record of leading large coding teams.

Coding Expertise – ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, HIPAA compliance.

Technical Proficiency – EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner), MS Office, AI tools.

Process & Quality Management – Strong background in audits, quality checks, and operational excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Management – Skilled in handling client escalations, expectations, and business continuity plans.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Ability to execute projects, optimize processes, and ensure financial compliance.
