DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG

  • Du erstellst gemeinsam im Team die Ausführungs- und Detailplanung mit Schwerpunkt auf das Bauen im Bestand
  • Du setzt Entwurfs- und Leitdetailplanungen in ausführbare Pläne um und nutzt dabei Archicad als Dein Hauptwerkzeug
  • Du koordinierst Fachplaner und stimmst Dich eng mit Ausführenden, Projektsteuerern und Bauherren ab
  • Du begleitest die Umsetzung bis zur Fertigstellung und stellst die Qualität der Planung sicher

DEIN PROFIL, UM GEMEINSAM ETWAS ZU BEWEGEN

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der praxisnahen Ausführungsplanung innerhalb komplexer Projekte mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der externen und internen Planungskoordination
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit ArchiCAD (2D, 3D), einschließlich BIM-basierter Planung und Koordination
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Flexibilität, Motivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Dienstleistungsorientierung aus
