**Job Title**:IT Executive & System Administrator
- **Qualification**:Graduate
- **Experience**:2-3 years of experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- IT Infrastructure Management- Procure and maintain IT hardware assets including laptops, desktops, printers, and other accessories.- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktop, laptop, and printers.- Maintain an updated IT asset register and ensure timely handover/takeover during employee onboarding and resignation.- Manage mobile infrastructure including procurement of handsets and SIM cards.
- **Network & Security**- Manage and maintain Internet Lease Lines (Tata Teleservices, GTPL, Airtel) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.- Configure and monitor network equipment including Sophos Firewall, routers, switches, and ensure LAN availability.- Coordinate with vendors for LAN implementation and upgradation.- Ensure network security and data integrity across the organization.
- **Surveillance & Uptime**- Solely responsible for managing the company’s CCTV infrastructure.- Ensure 99% uptime of all surveillance systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- **Vendor & License Management**- Maintain strong vendor relationships to support IT procurement and services.- Handle procurement of IT-related licenses and services (e.g., Google Workspace, Sophos).- Coordinate vendor engagement for IT requirements and manage AMC and SLA compliance. Google Workspace Administration- Administer the Google Workspace Console: user creation, password resets, security configuration, and license procurement coordination.- Ensure mail security and compliance as per company policy.
- **ERP Management**- Support ERP Highrise usage by coordinating with the Highrise support team.- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues independently for commonly used modules.- Ensure smooth ERP functioning across departments.- **Application Development (Google AppSheet)**- Purchase IMS- Work Order IMS- Demand Follow-up App-
- Address platform-specific issues and coordinate with AppSheet support when required.
