Description
Role: Delivery Lead - AI/ML Product Deployments - Finance Transformation ;Job Responsibilities ;To own the delivery of AI/ML product deployments in F&A space (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger and Financial Planning & Analysis)Seasoned delivery manager with SaaS product deployment experienceManage Customer expectations via continuous cadenceFacilitate organizational support to the implementation team and provide necessary guidanceTo lead and deliver AI/ML projects with focus on model training, model deployments, data pipelines, MLOps and adherence to data standards and best practices.Conduct thorough assessments of the existing data & pipeline landscape and create comprehensive migration strategy & roadmapConduct through assessment on the infra requirements of the target platform & guide the team on automating the infra creation aspects in the target systemCollaborate with Security & Compliance teams to secure migration & address any security related issuesCollaborate with testing team to design test & data reconciliation plan to ensure data & codes are migrated correctlyAutomate the code conversion mechanism to ensure quicker movement of code from source to target systemResponsible for maintaining the overall delivery gross margins ;Qualifications: ; ;Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Comp. Science degree preferred not mandatory); Master's degree is a plus.Strong verbal and business communication skills.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects across complex organizations in F&A function10+ years of experience in AI/ML product deployments and software engineering6+ years of experience in alteast one of the cognitive services of hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP)Technical experience and knowledge of python, SQL and machine learning librariesExperience in automating the DevOps pipelineExperience in any automated code conversion tool is an added advantage ; ;Job Location: Noida/Bangalore/Gurgaon ;Shift Timing: Overlap with US time zone ;Experience: 10-18 years
