Capup Financial Services Private Limited is an RBI-registered NBFC-ND-ICC based out of Bangalore. We primarily offer secured loans to MSMEs and Secured Loans to Other Financial Institutions. We currently have an AUM of 55 CR and envision rapid growth with team expansion
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru, who has worked on Lending solutions to Infrastructure, EPC, Construction Companies (Large/MSMEs).

Who will fit best?
1) Professionals with strong DSA networking and relationship-building skills
2) Individuals with experience in customer sourcing channels, connectors, and small DSAs in
Infrastructure, EPC, and Construction Companies
3) Sales experts with a track record of sourcing loan ticket sizes of ₹10–100 Lakhs
4) Candidates who excel in customer acquisition and onboarding
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow this lending business.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and sourcing partners.
Generate and onboard customers for business loans (₹10–100 Lakhs ticket size).
Deliver impactful sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations.
Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth processing.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales experience in Infrastructure, EPC, and Construction Companies
Strong network with DSAs, connectors, and financial distributors in these sectors
Experience in customer acquisition and onboarding
Expertise in Loan products, Financial analysis, and Risk assessment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
Ability to work both independently and in teams
