Job Title: Security GuardJob Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to protect company property, staff, and visitors. The role involves monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entrance/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and security.
  • Guard property against theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
  • Check surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding to alerts when necessary.
  • Report daily activities and irregularities (such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences).
  • Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats and inform relevant authorities.
  • Enforce company rules and safety procedures.
  • Assist employees and visitors with directions and general information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10th/12th standard education.
  • Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
  • Physically fit, alert, and attentive.
  • Integrity, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and firefighting is an added advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Work is primarily within company premises or designated duty posts.
  • May require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Standing for long periods and outdoor duties may be necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
