Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Flutter Developer located in Kochi. The Junior Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features, and troubleshooting and debugging to optimize application performance. The role requires staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Must-have

• Strong in
  Flutter
  /Dart fundamentals: Stateless/Stateful widgets, layouts, theming, navigation (Navigator 2.0 or go_router), async with Futures/Streams.
• State management with
  BLoC/Cubit
  : events/states, and multi-feature state handling.
• Backend integration with
  Supabase
  &
  basic SQL
  : Auth flows (email/OTP/OAuth),
  Postgres CRUD
  with RLS awareness, Realtime, Storage, environment/config handling.
• Clean Code (we will help you get there):
  SOLID
  mindset, separation of concerns, error handling, null-safety, meaningful naming, small testable units.
• Feature-first architecture (we will help you get there): modular feature folders with clear data/domain/presentation boundaries and reusable components .
• UI/UX execution: translating Figma to responsive, pixel-perfect screens; accessibility basics; smooth animations and micro-interactions.
• API integration:
  REST/GraphQL
  , robust JSON parsing/serialization.
• Git workflow: branching, PRs, code reviews, conflict resolution; good commit hygiene (conventional commits preferred).
• Collaboration (we will help you get there): clear communication, PR discussions, reading/writing concise docs, and dependable delivery on timelines.

Good to have

• Testing/QA: unit and widget tests, basic integration tests (e.g., bloc_test), and golden tests for key UI.
• Debugging/Performance:

Eligibility

• Final-year student or recent graduate.
• Available full-time for 6 months during IST-friendly hours or part time based on skill and time (5k - 20k).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Solid understanding of software development principles and computer science fundamentals
• Experience with back-end web development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Familiarity with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
