Salesforce Functional

- Pre-sales experience (e.g., running discovery workshops and preparing Statements of Work).
- Hands-on experience with one of the following clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
- Led a project end-to-end (from pre-sales through delivery to go-live).
- Training experience (both preparation of training documentation and delivery of training).
- Hands-on experience with Flows.
- Experience with Agentforce or Data Cloud.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills able to communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (ideally 5+). Please avoid short-term candidates or freshers with only 1–2 years in Salesforce roles.
- Confirm salary expectations are within our budget before scheduling interviews with the delivery team. It's discouraging to interview great candidates only to find we can't meet their salary requirements.
