  • **About the Role**
  • The MIS Executive will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining accurate management reports across sales, production, inventory, and finance. This role supports daily decision-making in a fast-paced textile/embroidery manufacturing and trading environment. It requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, disciplined data hygiene, and coordination across departments.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
    • Design and automate MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for:
    • Sales orders, dispatches, receivables
    • Purchases, production status, WIP, rejections
    • Inventory aging
    • Consolidate data from ERP, Google Sheets, and manual registers with version control and audit trails.
    • Run Daily Management System (DMS), publish dashboards on time, and escalate delays.
    • Build trackers for:
    • Order lifecycle (enquiry order production QA dispatch)
    • TAT/SLA compliance
    • Vendor performance
    • Customer-wise profitability
    • Create standardized data-entry templates with validations.
    • Perform variance analysis (plan vs actual), root-cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
    • Prepare management review decks and maintain a central repository of report definitions and SOPs.
    • Partner with Accounts for receivables/payables MIS, credit control, and cash flow visibility.
    • Collaborate with Production to track:
    • Machine utilization
    • Efficiency
    • Rework and rejection analysis
    • Maintain data security, access controls, backups, and clean master data (items, customers, vendors, SKUs).
  • **Skills Required**
    • **Advanced Excel/Google Sheets**:
    • Pivot tables, lookups, nested/array/text formulas
    • Data validation, conditional formatting
    • Basic Apps Script and JavaScript (preferred)
    • Strong data cleaning, reconciliation, and validation discipline.
    • Business understanding of:
    • Order-to-cash
    • Procure-to-pay
    • Inventory and production cycles
    • Clear communication and stakeholder management.
  • **Qualifications & Experience**
    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering.
    • Background in Mathematics is a plus.
    • 3–5 years of experience in MIS roles within manufacturing/trading.
    • Experience in textiles/garments/embroidery preferred.
    • Exposure to ERP systems or structured spreadsheet operations.
    • Familiarity with BI tools (Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
  • **Compensation**
    • **Salary Range:** 20,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
