  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website (WordPress / Shopify / custom platforms).
  • Upload and update product listings, images, specifications, and content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and promotions online.
  • Support the integration of CRM, lead forms, and e-commerce features.
  • Test website functions for errors and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure website SEO best practices and update meta data regularly.
  • Manage website backups and basic security protocols (with vendor support).
  • Research competitor websites and suggest improvements.
  • Required Skills:Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (not expert level but comfortable editing).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify preferred).
  • Strong eye for detail and aesthetics in web design.
  • Ability to work with images (Photoshop/Canva) for web uploads.
  • Good written communication for content updates.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with SEO tools (Yoast, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic reporting.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).

Qualification:Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science/Web Development, or proven experience in managing websites.

  • Soft Skills:Organized and proactive with deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Quick learner, open to new tech tools.
