Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement manpower planning to meet production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure strict adherence to shift production plans and timelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in CNC machines, cutting tools, and their applications.
  • Monitor and analyze daily rejections, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Achieve daily target costs for all manufacturing cost elements, including materials and operations.
  • Ensure active participation in Quality Control Circles (QCC) and drive suggestion schemes for process improvement.
  • Promote and enforce 5S standards and safe working practices across the production floor.
  • Track abnormalities in processes or equipment and ensure timely closure of issues.
  • Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices within the manufacturing setup.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve production processes.
