Qualification : B.E - Metallurgical Engineering

Responsibilities :

  • Adhering QMS, EMS and OHSAS requirements.
  • Ensure incoming part material conformance (Raw material, Heat treatment completed parts)
  • Special process audit (Conduction hardening, Induction hardening and Heat treatment) and 1st off approval verification.
  • Adhering lab equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • CQI-9 adherence monitoring and audit as per plan
  • Reduction of rejection through QCC/ QIT.
  • 5S adherence
  • Metallurgical report approval
  • Special process revalidation
  • Failure analysis for inhouse and customer complaint parts.
  • Manpower handling
  • Periodic training to lab and special process operator.

Desired Profile :

  • Strong in Metallurgy & heat treatment, QA compliance, failure analysis, vendor audits, process improvement, team handling
  • Candidates from auto components industry preferred
