Marketing Officer – Fertilizer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
  • Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities to create awareness about fertilizer products.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Support distributors and dealers in achieving their sales targets.
  • Ensure timely supply and availability of products in the market.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and marketing reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure smooth distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical marketing practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of fertilizers, agriculture practices, and rural markets.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong dealer and farmer relationships.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Science or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹42,050.72 per month
