Role & responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on home loan products and services, ensuring they understand financing options.
  • Collaborate with builders, real estate agents, and clients to establish and foster strong relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best financing options for clients.
  • Process home loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by management.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Bachelor's degree will to work in Field sales
  • Proven experience in mortgage sales, home loans, or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, real estate processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
