Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and repeat sales.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and grievances effectively to provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales, CRM, and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty strategies to minimize cancellations.
- Identify potential risk of dropouts/cancellations and proactively work to resolve issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to track their satisfaction and future requirements.
- Maintain customer records, reports, and retention metrics for management review.
- Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall sales revenue.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in
Real Estate Sales / Customer Retention / CRM
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage).
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree preferred.
