Timings: 9:30AM - 6:30PM (may extend based on business requirement)

About the Internship

Forward Life Pvt. Ltd. is offering an internship opportunity for students interested in Human Resources. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, giving interns a comprehensive understanding of HR functions in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR reporting, data entry, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by HR team lead or manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Good communication and MS Office skills.
  • Strong interest in learning HR operations and processes.
