About the Role:

At The Wired HUB, the visual design is pivotal to the success of our campaigns. We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft compelling visuals that align with our content strategy and business needs across various platforms, including social media, in-app and push notifications, websites, hoardings, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review design briefs to understand project requirements.
  • Edit raw video footage as needed, enhancing graphics with special effects
  • Brainstorm, conceptualize, and create striking designs for social media calendars and various offline and online marketing materials for both brands and in-house operations.
  • Develop effective visual designs & videos for campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Conceptualize and execute visuals based on specific requirements.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to communicate ideas.
  • Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the art director to finalize designs within set timelines.
  • Test graphics across different media platforms to ensure effectiveness.
  • Revise designs based on feedback to meet project goals
  • Select and refine video tracks to align seamlessly with animations
  • Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Anticipate design needs and stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Develop and deliver engaging motion graphics for diverse media platforms.
  • Apply strong visual aesthetics and expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other motion graphics software.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of core visual design principles, including typography, iconography, color theory, composition, and layout.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic & motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work.
  • Excellent attention to aesthetics and detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines methodically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
