Manager - Projects

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager - Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across the organization. You will oversee project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
To read architectural structural and MEPF drawings
to coordinate with contractors for the execution of the site
to plan all activities and make a detailed schedule for the entire work
to monitor the quality of the work
to check the bills submitted by the contractor and virify the measurement
to prepare BOQ
to handle the manpower alloted at the site
to maintain DPR
to coordinate with the architect consultants and liasoning team
to validate the BOQs
to ensure timely completion if the project.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 710 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities..
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
