Urgent hiring forProject Quality Engineer

Profile- Project Quality Engineer

Experience- 4 + years

Ctc-upto 7.7 lpa (Depends on interview)

Working days- 5 days (9:30am- 5:30 pm)

Location- Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Quality Assurance & Project Processes:
  • Review and approve all project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive documentation control system to manage and track all project documents.
  • Conduct regular audits of project documentation to identify and rectify any discrepancies or non-conformities.

Drawing Quality Assurance:

  • Verify and validate project drawings for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with design standards.
  • Coordinate with design and Project engineering teams to resolve any issues or inconsistencies in project drawings.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all project drawings and revisions.

Project Toll Gate Process Management:

  • Ensure that all project toll gate processes are followed and documented according to established procedures.
  • Conduct reviews at each toll gate to verify that all quality requirements and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate toll gate meetings and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on quality requirements.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans for project documentation and drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in project quality processes and documentation practices.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on quality standards and procedures.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on quality status, issues, and resolutions to senior management.
  • Address any quality-related concerns or queries from project teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, documentation standards, and drawing verification processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CAD software and drawing standards.
  • Prior experience in managing toll gate processes for large-scale projects.
