Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development - B2B professional, based in Pune. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating B2B leads, conducting in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities, and developing strategies to acquire and retain clients. Daily tasks will include fostering strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating across teams to achieve business goals.

- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and negotiate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in lead generation to acquire and qualify prospective clients
- Customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
