We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager – Agency Channel with a Top MNC Life Insurance Company.

Job Location: Chennai, Erode, Coimbatore, Thanjavur.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business targets for the branch by building a sustainable and productive distribution force.
  • Manage branch operations, costs, and ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Implement various tactical and strategic business initiatives.
  • Effectively manage Sales Managers to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Coach, train, and support reporting managers for performance enhancement.
  • Review and track growth to ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional, Zonal, and National Heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead by example, providing direction and motivation to the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of team-handling experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Compensation

CTC: Up to 15 Lakhs per annum

Plus Attractive Incentives & Additional Rewards for top performers.
