ABOUT US

Aikyatha is a premium saree brand specializing in authentic Kanjivaram and traditional weaves. We

take pride in blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary elegance. As we expand our retail

presence, we are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales, and

ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Ensure personalized customer service that reflects Aikyatha's premium brand ethos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and high-value clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism.

2) Showroom Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including stock management, visual
  • merchandising, and billing.
  • Maintain showroom ambiance and product presentation to align with brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for replenishment.

3) Team Leadership

  • Support and motivate showroom staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure smooth flow of showroom operations.
  • Plan, guide, and build confidence within the team.

4) Business Development & Marketing

  • Implement in-store promotions, festive events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, social media features, and brand
  • promotions.
  • Gather customer insights and provide feedback to management for product development.

5) Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Manage cash flow, billing accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs for showroom management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in a managerial role (luxury
  • fashion/apparel/jewelry/sarees preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value customers.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for Indian textiles, sarees, and luxury retail.
