Role Overview -

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of a premium hotel

development in Shirdi, Maharashtra. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination

skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction within defined timelines and

budgets.

Responsibilities -

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress aligns with project schedule, budget, and design intent.
Implement and monitor quality control systems to achieve the highest standards of construction.
Coordinate with civil and MEP contractors/subcontractors for seamless execution and timely delivery.
Oversee material planning, usage, and inventory control to optimize efficiency and reduce wastage.
Enforce site safety protocols in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
Resolve technical issues and construction discrepancies promptly to minimize impact on progress.

Preferred candidate profile -

Local candidates or those residing nearby will be preferred.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is a must.
5–7 years' experience in hospitality or premium residential projects (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Strong ability to interpret architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven focus on quality and safety in project execution.

Project Coordinator
