Role Overview -
As the Assistant Manager - Planning & Coordination, you will play a key role in driving the
successful delivery of a landmark 5-star hotel project in SHIRDI. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, ensuring that milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth execution across all disciplines.
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and progress trackers.
- Coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Act as a central point of contact between architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with consultants and contractors; capture and track action items through closure.
- Monitor drawing submissions, RFIs, material approvals, and procurement timelines to avoid delays.
- Oversee quality compliance, ensuring works meet design, specification, and safety standards.
- Track material deliveries and manage site logistics for long-lead and critical items.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and escalate issues proactively to the Project Manager.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 4-7 years of experience in planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality or high-end commercial projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret and review architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
