Work you'll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

SAP BPA Professional should have:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation (BPA).
• Build and manage workflows, business rules, forms, task automation (RPA bots), and process visibility dashboards.
• Identify, design, and document business processes suitable for automation.
• Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure optimum efficiency and minimal risk of error.
• Analyze error logs, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective debugging techniques to ensure stable automation processes.
• Monitor and maintain automations post-implementation, resolving issues proactively to ensure business continuity.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Continuously refine and improve automation processes based on performance insights and user feedback.
• Technical Skills

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP BPA, including Business Rules, Forms, Workflows, Task Automation, and Process Visibility.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and C# for developing custom automation logic and extensions.
• Experience in SAP automation, Excel automation, and web automation.
• Knowledge of screen capturing, workflow building, and deployment via SAP Cloud Factory.
• Experience integrating with APIs (OData, REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with automation tools for Excel, Outlook, and SAP applications.
• Understanding of automation methodologies and deployment models.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.
• Education : BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
