Technical Sales Engineer – EM Motion Modules

Join EM Motion Modules, a growing company in motion control systems, automation modules, and drive solutions, as a Technical Sales Engineer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in motion modules, automation, and control systems.
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Travel to customer sites for meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and maintain sales activity reports to track progress and business growth.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical understanding of motion control, automation, or drive systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a small, skilled, and collaborative team.
- Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel.
- Interested and willing to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and interest in sales are also welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
