Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with around 6 months of experience to help shape the motion language across our product and marketing experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and marketers to create animations that simplify complex concepts and bring our interfaces and storytelling to life. From micro-interactions and UI animations to product explainers and launch videos, your work will enhance usability, engagement, and brand perception.

Responsibilities

  • Design and animate product walkthroughs, feature explainers, onboarding flows, and UI motion prototypes.
  • Create and deliver production-ready animations using tools like Lottie or Rive for app and web integration.
  • Build smooth micro-interactions and transitions within product interfaces.
  • Translate complex or technical concepts into clear and engaging animations.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure motion language aligns with our brand and design system.
  • Contribute to a reusable animation library and help maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Adapt motion assets for various resolutions and aspect ratios (web, app, social).

Requirements

  • Around 6 months of professional experience focused on UI and motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with hands-on experience in Lottie, Rive, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of motion design principles—timing, easing, hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Figma for context and collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on fintech, SaaS, or developer tools.
  • Familiarity with component-based animation systems.
  • Understanding of UX/UI interaction design and product workflows.
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) or Lottie animations.
