Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation frameworks and automation-first approaches. The role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Apply automation-first BDD (Gherkin) techniques to define and execute test scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
  • Evaluate and recommend new automation tools, frameworks, and practices to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards, security practices, and governance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in quality assurance and test automation, including hands-on coding of test scripts.
  • Core Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and automation-first BDD (Gherkin) techniques.
  • Preferred Tools Experience: Selenium, Functionize, Testim, AccelQ.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks for test automation (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Solid understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube, etc.
  • Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams delivering high-quality products rapidly.

  • Exposure to advanced AI-driven test automation solutions.
  • Experience in complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality improvements.
