Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Developer (Java, Spring Boot) based in Hyderabad. The Lead Developer will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing advanced software applications using Java and Spring Boot. Day-to-day tasks include managing microservices-based architectures, leading development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Software Development and Programming
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Java and the Spring Framework
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Leadership abilities and experience managing development teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
