Aptitude Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to train college students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Communication Skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience conducting aptitude training sessions in a college environment and a passion for mentoring students to succeed in campus recruitment and placement drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prepare students for campus recruitment written tests and aptitude assessments.
• Design practice exercises, assessments, and mock tests to monitor student progress.
• Motivate and guide students to achieve their placement goals.
• Collaborate with the Training and Placement Cell to align training content with industry requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer in a college or training institute.
• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Communication.
• Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
• Good mathematical reasoning and analytical ability.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate with relevant aptitude training experience.

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹25,000 per month

(Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates based on experience and performance.)
