NAD customer services prioritize and resolve as per SLA set by HO.
Training and troubleshooting guidance to technician on field and visit to major customers under AMC/OW/IW
Service Marketing - Promoting Blue Star Spares to channel partners and adding in to business revenue of branch
AMC retention, conversion and acquire as per product category and old data base
Sales channel visits and settle stock issues within timeline
Handling escalations in field and resolve on top priority
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of products, Retail Channel, Service Business expansion
Technical knowledge about Service offerings and Channel Management
Knowledge of Revenue Generation (AMC, Spare parts)
