Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, and walk-ins) regarding real estate plots and provide prompt and accurate information.
  • Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and other related information to prospective customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the booking process and guide them on the necessary documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the sales team by arranging site visits, scheduling appointments, and providing backend support when required.
  • Keep updated with the latest real estate market trends, project launches, and legal norms related to land and property.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of real estate plots, land terminology, and basic legal processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care/service in the real estate industry with exposure to plots/land sales.
