Designation: HR Executive (Fresher)

Department: Human Resources

Location: Nibav Towers" No:64, Kazura Garden 1st Street, Govindan Nagar, Palavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions for roles across PAN India operations.
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Learn and contribute to screening resumes, shortlisting profiles, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track applications for smooth recruitment flow.
  • Help in coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Gain exposure to salary structures, industry benchmarks, and recruitment policies.
  • Support HR activities like offer letter preparation, onboarding, and induction coordination.
  • Learn HR operational processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship/experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in building a career in HR and willingness to learn end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
