Summary of the Role

You'll contribute to quality assurance across the software lifecycle, focusing on test strategy, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and support peers while promoting best practices and innovation in QA.

In This Role You'll
  • Design and implement test strategies for UI, APIs, middleware, and databases, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, Cloud, and QA standards.
  • Perform manual and automated testing, using tools like Playwright (TypeScript), Postman, REST Assured, and SQL for validation across layers.
  • Manage defects and reporting, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and production readiness.
  • Mentor and support peers, sharing expertise in tools, automation, and Gen AI applications for QA efficiency.
  • Promote continuous improvement, contributing to framework enhancements, sustainable QA practices, and innovative approaches using Gen AI.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in UI, API, middleware, and database testing.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Postman, REST Assured).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Cloud environments (preferably Azure).
  • Effective communicator with experience mentoring and supporting team members.
